Kim Quezada® engages in the social needs of our community.  Every year, we proudly work together with institutions, primarily engaged in the care of children. A brief summary of the entities that our firm supports are:

Children's City

The Association for the Children of Tijuana, also known as Ciudad de los Niños (CDLN), was incorporated in 1992 , in order to create a space where children of Tijuana would receive help, protection, training, guidance and care.
Since then, this organization has been carrying out activities that contribute to change the living conditions of disadvantaged children.
CDLN is a private, nonprofit organization that provides health services, education, assistance, protection, prevention and training for disadvantaged children in Tijuana.

Kim Quezada® has been a loyal sponsor of this great project for more than seven years and has understood the great meaning of supporting this altruistic organization which is dedicated to the care of children in distress. We firmly believe that they are the future of our great country.

Emmanuel Orphanage

In 1990, a group of people interested in helping children who were begging left in the streets of Tijuana, headed by Mr. Eduardo Mendez and his wife Ana Maria Diaz de Leon, began to support them by giving them attention and food, but it wasn’t until 1995 when it was formally incorporated as an organization called Emmanuel Orphanage;  providing shelter to children living in the street or in a dangerous environment, which were separated from their families by the Child Protection authorities and unfortunately had no place to stay and nobody to take care of them.
Over time, due to  the commitment and the work that characterizes them, the founders of the orphanage opened new areas to serve more children, and in 1998 they opened the House of Glory, which is home to Boys between 5 and 11 years of age.  In 2006, they opened a Girls' House, where they provide professional help and daily care to girls who are victims of sexual exploitation or abuse

They currently serve about 90 children and teenagers, who have the opportunity to live in a safe place where they are given the opportunity to study, learn a trade and practice a sport or a cultural or artistic activity as a way to improve their physical and emotional development, besides being assisted by professionals such as psychologists, doctors, lawyers and social workers.

Through experimentation, children learn to incorporate the concepts of science to everyday life and to better understand the world in which they live. It offers a space that encourages their development and promotes learning in an integrated manner.
The intent is to create talent, encourage imagination and creativity, and to contribute to the development of our city and thus of the country.
